1.)

All orders are considered valid as soon as they are received by facsimile in writing or verbally by telephone. Agreements made verbally, by phone or telex are furthermore to be committed by the seller in writing before they become valid.

Complaints have to be placed in writing within 24 hours from the delivery of goods and delivered to 1950 S. Industrial Hwy., Ann Arbor, Michigan. The delivered goods are unconditionally considered "accepted" if the customer receives the goods from the driver.

3.)

Order Minimums: Express Business Deliveries are carried out upon execution of invoice and at a minimum of $20.00. There is a $2.00 charge for delivery. Coupons are available for this fee during promotions.

4.)

Payment according to customer wishes, however payment by credit card is preferred.    Payment by Cash or Company Check accepted ONLY with CUBS' Management pre-approval.

5.)

Area of Delivery: North boundary is Jackson Ave. at W to E Stadium Blvd with East boundary at Carpenter Rd., West boundary at S Wagner Rd., and South boundary at Ellsworth Rd.  Exceptions are with pre-arrangement ONLY.

6.)

In the case that food production and / or delivery is prevented or delayed due to war, riots, fire, strike, shutout or any other case of force majeur (like a Blind Bowlers Tournament), the contract will be cancelled null and void.
